Escape Trailer is looking for an aftersales experienced individual to join our team. This role will require strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment and the ability to lead a team. The Aftersales Support Supervisor should have experience in service, parts, and warranty, and have the ability to multitask. You will be involved in customer follow up and support, recording information on sales and delivery, and issuing warranty service and parts requests, as well as employee training, evaluating and ensuring efficiency, and enforcing policies and procedures to create a safe working environment. Experience as a supervisor/leader in a manufacturing environment is required.

As an Aftersales Support Supervisor your role includes:
- Tracking deficiencies of parts within production environment
- Data Entry & Investigation
- Contacting vendors for warranty claims
- Handling of parts
- Decision making in regard to disposition of deficient material
- Problem solving with the ability to multitask & prioritize work
- Coordinate customer service assistance, including replacement part requests
- Support the customer service experience including warranty request
- Create and oversee an employee training schedule that emphasizes productivity and resource conservation
- Enforce safety policies and procedures (in-house and regulatory) to decrease the potential for injuries on the job
- Maintain open lines of communication between employees and management
- Oversee service operations
- Supervise fledgling parts department
- Foster customer relationships
Experience:
- +5 years working in manufacturing or dealership environment
- +2 years of experience working in supervisor/leader position
- Good understanding of the industry considered an asset

You will be involved in supporting various departments in development and production, training technicians, problem-solving and designing test and experiments. Currently studying in a Bachelor of Engineering program at a recognized university in Mechanical Engineering is a requirement. Knowledge of lean manufacturing is an asset, but not required.

As a Co-op Engineer your role includes:
- Supporting all departments to meet their daily/weekly/monthly goals
- Support the engineering development team on the new trailer model development.
- Support the shop floor production until the new model becomes ready for the prototype
- Work closely with the marketing and operational teams, ensuring a successful launch of the product.
- Prepare reports and documentation when required
- Train technicians and operators
- Identify areas of improvement, suggest solutions and submit ideas
- Design and coordinate engineering tests and experiments
- Completes basic tasks on engineering documentation
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

- Use various tools such as tape measures, polishers, sanders, etc.
- Must be comfortable working with power tools, hand tools, or other specialty tools

Key Responsibilities:
- Engagement leadership: drive meaningful discussions, ensuring that our brand’s voice resonates across multiple platforms, to build a community that attracts and retains new and existing community members.
- Strategy & hands-on engagement: devise insightful communication strategies, troubleshoot technical issues, and immerse in real-time community participation.
- Community supervision: maintain a robust presence on our owner’s forums / Facebook groups and everywhere else they communicate, while upholding a positive atmosphere of our engagement on all channels – whether moderated by Escape or by others. Resolving conflicts and offering solutions are essential skills to be effective.
- Active participation boost: implement and encourage engagement through innovative ask/respond techniques and challenges to grow our brand awareness, brand loyalty and generate leads.
- Ambassador training & marketing: empower Ambassadors through training and education – while also leading community-focused marketing initiatives.
- Data & trends: regularly monitor community metrics, report significant insights, and stay updated with the latest market trends and research.
- Content creation & curation: engage directly with the community in video, both behind the scenes and in front of the camera. Plan, create and release video content & respond to customer comments on this content.

As an Online Community Manager your role includes:
- Collaboration with marketing + sales + aftersales teams:
- Work closely with the sales, aftersales and marketing teams to develop and implement community promotion and engagement strategies aligned with the organization’s strategic goals.
- Partner with marketing, sales, and aftersales for harmonized promotions, campaigns, and digital presence.
- Community monitoring + trend identification:
- Monitor discussions, resource postings, and trends within the community to identify and report on usage patterns.
- Advise on potential opportunities and alert the sales, aftersales and marketing teams, and appropriate staff, to resolve arising issues.
- Track, measure, and report community engagement metrics (like power user engagement, number of discussions growth, NPS, feedback, etc.) to leadership, offering insights into trends and improvement areas.
