Trailer is located in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. It has always been smoke and pet free.
This trailer was prepared for colder weather as much as was available at the time. It has Spray Foam Insulation applied to the underneath and has a winterizing T-Valve installed. It has extra insulation and Frameless Thermal windows (as per build sheet).
Installed aftermarket air conditioning unit: Dometic AC Brisk Air II -13,500, white (Aug, 2021)
Recall – Cooktop replacement (June, 2022) . (The Suburban SDS2 drop-in cooktop NHTSA Recall #22E-035). I chose to replace it with Dometic D21 (2 Burner) offered.
Replaced: 2 Interstate – 6-volt Deep Cycle Batteries (Aug. 2023)
Recent Service checks include Roof check, Propane service and Tire check (Aug. 2023). All suggested repairs were completed. Tires were in good shape.
Axels have been inspected and bearings repacked every 2 years, as recommended.
Purchased exterior trailer cover. Cover is included.
Trailer is currently winterized and ready to go!
